Very Very poor communication and lack of customer service! I went with Patriot after Reviewing their status in our community and was greatly misled. Clearly the owner's respond to any negative comments calling their customers liars therefore I will not get into details. Thank you Patriot for making what is already a stressful life transition, even worse. Thank you for selling my loan a week after closing, I will be relieved of future contact with your office.
