I called twice to cancel policy and lady hung up on me and then blocked my phone number . So I will just go in the office . Update: the owner of this company does not care if one of his employees disconnected the phone on me. I been with them since we bought our new home on 12/09/2022. In three yrs our home owners insurance went from 1200 to now around 3600. Each year it increased over 1,000 . The fact he insinuated that I was lying about the lady hanging up on me . If you read my reviews on google, I always reserve my energy for positive experiences across industries. In this case, I must share how negligent Patriot has been to me and my company, including, most recently, not responding to a request to discuss my business policy in November and December of 2024. Only to receive a response to my third inquiry in January 2025 and then told it was too late to make the needed changes because the policy auto renewed.
Dallas was able to get us the best deal that fit our family, hassle free, low stress and done in less than a week we were ready to move into our new home with insurance all taken care of. Very pleased!
