I’ve gone back in and deleted my review of how great of an experience I had with this dealership after buying a THIRD vehicle from them and conveniently they did not disclosing important information that I would’ve wanted to know before closing on the loan and then being ignored after my calls and request for a supervisor for approximately 10 days, it was only after leaving a Better Business Bureau review that I was called back and then all I was given was a “we’re sorry we didn’t disclose that” with no resolution no offer t... read more
Kale wasted 4 hours of my life driving from Dallas to look at car that had check engine lights on and a missing gas cover. I specifically asked him over the phone was any service lights on. Just lied. Honesty and integrity is absent with this one.
My husband and I purchased an Kia forte on Friday and Isaac was absolutely amazing more than helpful. He done all the running while I was at work coming to my job showing me cars that I would love knowing that I had to travel for my daughter’s games and he wanted to give me a good gas saver and that he did he knew basically what I wanted. I purchased a 2026 Honda HRV and Dustin was great the day we were getting it; he was helpful and personable. As I was driving it home that night I noticed the CarPlay text feature wasn’t working. It will not finish reading the messages or let me reply to messages. Went back in the next day and they had no answers as to why it wouldn’t work.
