We've been using Patriot since we bought our home three years ago, they came highly recommended by the previous home owner. We've used Patriot to purchase/install a new furnace and hot water heater. Shout out to Brian who helped with both! We also subscribe to their routine maintenance programs. Each time we interact with Patriot employees they are polite, transparent, respectful of property and time and highly communicative.
