Phil and his team at Patriot Heating and Air are awesome! Local, Friendly, Knowledgeable and Timely are some words I would use to describe this business. Phil showed up when he said he would for his initial inspection of our HVAC, gave us a no nonsense opinion of our unit and options going forward, answered all of my questions promptly and in a friendly manner and most importantly the team installed the unit when they said they would and at the price agreed to. Do not use Patriot Heating & Air! I’m not in the habit of writing bad reviews, especially for small businesses, but this situation is too egregious to not warn others. Patriot Heating & Air installed a mini split in our home that was built in 2023, and we have had nothing but trouble with it since that time. It leaked all down the wall and ruined the drywall in our bonus room and the ceiling of the garage. We had Patriot out 3 separate times to “fix” it, and they never actually fixed it. Hired patriot heating and air to replace my unit and these guys did an Awesome job in just one day. Very professional, cleaned up the whole area, and added new duct work. I also found them to have the best pricing and I was given a military discount. Highly recommend this company.
Local honest company that stands by their word. That was the most important to us, but on top of that they worked fast and very efficient! We needed a full HVAC replacement . Phil and his associate were in an out within 3.5 hours. Cleaned up behind themselves like they were never there. Phil was very informative and taught us how to save some money in the future if our lines were ever to clog. Hands down will recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC servicing or replacement!
