They installed an new a/c and heat unit. The air conditioner failed the first summer we used it. They fixed it under warranty, but still. Also, they installed the equipment in the ceiling wrong and it caused a leak. We called them and they contested, saying nothing was wrong. We had to show them what they did wrong. They fixed the leak issue but refused pay to have the discoloured area repainted. Told us that if we had paint and brushes laying around they would paint it while they were there.
