We were very happy with Patriot. They were quick to respond and check on our heating and air. Cody and Parker were very professional and friendly. We would recommend to our friends and family.
We are very happy to have a service contract with Patriot. Our contract covers two units in the house and two mini splits in the shop. The technicians are very good at their job and very good about explaining what they are doing. If any parts need to be replaced, they will take the time to explain why. All of their staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide great service at a fair price and I would not hesitate to recommend Patriot Heat & Air in Hollister MO.
Cody was extreme helpful when our furnace stopped working. He got us up in running in no time and provided amazing customer service! I would highly recommended him/Patriot Heat &Air.
When our heat pump was not heating the house on the coldest day of the year, Patriot was a life saver. Even though they were stacked up with calls they tried helping me diagnose the problem and fix it first ourself. There was not expectation of payment or anything for their great customer service. We were able to diagnose the issue but when we were unable to fix it ourselves, they sent a tech out within an hour. The tech was very nice and did the job fast. Thank you, Patriot for being there when we needed help.
