Gutters DO NOT do the 1 thing they are supposed to do, capture rain from your home and divert it away from your foundation. The gutters are not catching the rain. It is just running over the top of the gutters and acting as if I don't have gutters at all. I have a steep roof but if its not possible to capture runoff from this type of roof then why would you sell me new gutters? I have had 3 different companies install gutters on my house and this company is the worst of the 3.
