Absolutely the worst window company I’ve ver seen. These idiots wouldn’t know what a level was if it smacked them in the face. The windows they installed in my house are completely ruined. They’ve installed a damaged window today and never thought to mention it to me. What would you install a damaged window? Why would you use blue tap con screws on a white window? Apparently they don’t know how to use a tape measure either since the windows they ordered for my house are about 2 inches to small! Then they tried to cover it up... read more
I have a glass sliding door that has been looked at 3 times previously and still wasn't repaired... it took Hulk muscles to open it even after other companies/handmen came to look at it. Patriot Glass came at the time they stated, the two men were professional, friendly, highly skilled, and explained each step of what they were doing to me while repairing the door. I can open it with a pinky finger now! I should have called them first, I know I will now for any glass related needs in the future. Thanks!

I thought my aunt, Nilda was the only one who got bad service. She got terrible service when they came out to her place. She lives out at 3486 Newberry way in St. Cloud. The worker who came out did the work and all but Aunt Nilda told us later that when she asked questions, the worker would ignore her or give her dirty looks and then swore at her under his breath!
