Shawn was great on original installation but if you need repairs, he will not do repairs even though we were wanting to pay whatever necessary to make it right. What company doesn’t back up their original product? I thought local and veteran owned would stand behind their product.
Shawn, the owner, is probably the worst contractor I have ever come in contact with. When I first contacted him for a bid on a fence for my property he came out and seemed like a decent guy. Once I told him we would let Patriot build the fence everything changed. Good luck getting this piece of crap to answer his phone or return any calls. I called from a different phone after numerous attempts from the one I supplied him, and he answered, so he screens your calls. He does not keep in contact with you at all. Shawn started off seeming like a reputable guy BUT is totally not. We had 2 fence projects and now doesn't want to stand behind his work. His communication wasn't that great and I pretty much always had to call him to follow up. We wanted to turn a mower gate into a double drive gate like we have on the other side of our property. Shawn confirmed we could reuse the original gate and just build a new one. They moved the gate to the other side and made the new gate smaller so it looks horrible and is not as functional.
