Today, I absolutely had the best experience at Patriot Family Dental located in Northeast El Paso, TX. Upon entry, the receptionist staff greeted me with smiles. They were friendly and very helpful! My dental assistant, Julian was very gentle & patient when he conducted my X-rays, casting my molds & assisting Dr. Greff. Speaking of Dr. Greff, what a caring, kind & gentle person! Very poor staff!! My experience was not the best, I’m bout pine to complain but the pain they Kmart me in brought me here. The staff was friendly but unprofessional they attended me but as my tooth extraction began the TEMPORARY Dr and assistant were talking about an irrelevant subject and boot putting their full attention to the patient. 30 min after the they both struggled to get my tooth out another assistant nurse comes into the room to ask for assistance for another patient, the TEMPORARY dr then rushed my stitches and ... read more
