I enjoyed my stay at the Patriot Corner Apartments! I gave them a short leaving notice (prior to the lease ending) and they still filled my last month of rent. Very pleased.
I loved living here. I lived here for 5 years & my sister lived here for 2 years prior to me. Great neighbors.
These apartments are some of the best ones I have ever lived in. Units are spacious, up to date, and clean! Sue is wonderful to work with, very accommodating and understanding. Everyone in the office is always friendly and smiling. Brian from maintenance is always so quick to fix an issue. Whether he's driving through the complex, or you see him working on a project he will always find time to stop and say hi. There's nothing bad I can say about Gerber apartments! Thank you guys, keep up the great work!
My fiancé and I have been living here since November, 2020. We LOVE it! Our apartment is very spacious, fresh and everything looks new. The windows are big which I love, it brings in so much natural light. The property owners and maintenance crew are top notch. Very attentive, treat you like family and are very welcoming. The outside grounds are very well maintained and groomed. Overall, our experience here has been amazing and would recommend living here to anyone looking.
