Service department kept me waiting over 2 hours for an oil change. (I had appointment) I had to check to see what the problem was. They had stripped a bolt on the drain plug from the previous oil change THEY performed. Never told me they were waiting on part to be delivered. Then I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the plug THEY ruined. Not satisfied.
Salesman let me take a vehicle home to test drive without pointing out a “disclaimer” on their site (I used CARFAX so I never saw their website) which tacked on $4,000 to the price, then promised all of my concerns with vehicle would be addressed and repaired if I would by it for $13,500. When I agree, I find out from finance person that none of that was true, that I was to be charged $17,500, but he will let it go for $15,500 without fixing the stuff under the hood.
