Made an appointment with Josh last evening to look at a vehicle today. Received a msg from the floor Mgr, Steve at 9am today asking to confirm the appt. Called back at 11am to confirm with Steve that i would be there and that the vehicle would be there, no mechanical issues. I admit Steve did not know I was traveling 2.5 hours from Dallas, but Josh did. When I arrived I was then notified that the vehicle I was there to see was already sold. Horrible way to do business.
