Arthur bowi sold me a 2019 Ford raptor “in perfect condition” for 45k cash. I made it home and the engine light turned on. The Worst place I have ever done business with!! Be ware!!p I bought this car from Patriot in Chandler oklahoma, it has been nothing but a problem ever since I got it, it took 3 months just to get a title the fob the blinkers do not work the cruise control does not work now the car will not even start, and after two mechanics I am told it is in the computer programming system the whole computer program has to be reprogrammed at a dealership they really got to me the car is nothing but one big problem but now I'm stuck with i... read more

While I love my new ride, and the transaction was mostly a breeze, I cannot get over the deceptive mileage discrepancy. They advertised the vehicle as having 14 miles. I bought and paid for the vehicle under the assumption of at least under 100 miles. Vehicle gets delivered, all the paperwork says 14 miles. I sign, the delivery driver leaves, I get in the vehicle and it has over 1,000 miles on the odometer. That is shady. I reached out to my sales rep, multiple times, no response. Poor customer service. Calling and expecting someone to answer is a joke. Too busy to get any work done. Problems with my new truck and nobody answered the phones.
