I purchased a Jeep from this dealer in January 2024. The buying process was efficient. Since buying the Jeep the process to receive my title has been a NIGHTMARE. The salesman Bryson Paugh has been anything but efficient. I bought the Jeep January 29, 2024. The dealership didn't file the paperwork until 2/15/2024. The paperwork they completed was incorrect and rejected by the MVA but no one did anything about it. A supervisor at the MVA showed me all the errors on the paperwork.
