Took my car in for an oil change. They said I needed a new thermostat spark plugs and other things which cost me over $2,000. The very next day it broke down and cost me an additional $6,000 to get repaired in another state. The service manager and the general manager said it was just a coincidence that had nothing to do with the repairs that they did. They totally washed their hands of me and refused to accept any responsibility or offer any help for what had happened.
Recently took my 2016 corvette to patriot Chevy to get service work done and had a great experience! My service advisor was Ben who was tremendously helpful. Highly recommend Patriot!
