They have had my MIL truck in the service department for almost two months. The communication had been awful. They wouldn't give her a loaner because "the wait list for cars is too high ". The person in charge has told her to call back after 5:30, they are closed and he dodges calls. He tells her that he text her and after pulling the phone records, we proved that was a lie. The technician changed unnecessarily changed some of my settings and left grease prints on the exterior of the driver's door.
I purchased a used card a 2017 from them and within a week I had it back having problems already! I bought the extended warranty, thank goodness but the salesman all the way to the owner I guess did not give two flips about me or the trouble. The car was having I live in Evansville and drove all the way up there to see that specific car that I ended up buying And I tell you it was a total mistake. I should have not driven up there.!!! Second time working with this dealership and they are nothing but kind each time and very efficient in getting you into a car! First time working with Jacob Sisk today and he made the process super smooth. Super nice and down to earth guy, very easy to talk to - who I’d recommend to anybody to buy a car from!
