Unprofessional customer service. We were NEVER told about the $99 "diagnostic fee." We were unable to have our vehicle towed until the fee was paid. No one in the service department mentioned the fee during multiple phone calls. Untruthful & Unprofessional service department.
The car looks really nice. I keep trying to drive it, but it won't start most days. I needed a reliable vehicle for health reasons. Your dealership came recommended and your sales crew was very professional. I know the vehicle was used, sold As Is, but we paid every penny we had in full for a car that will not start most of the time. Still has paper tags for crying out loud!
