Andy and Clint understood our needs, timelines and motivation. They took the time to answer our questions and work through our deal remotely. This was my first time to get my car serviced here and the gentlemen were very professional and nice. They explained everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on. From my experience today and yesterday I will definitely be coming back to Patriot to have my car maintained.
i came to the dealership looking for a Ford Explorer and I was greeted by Mimi Dugan...She was awesome, told me everything I need to know about this vehicle. She made my visit so delightful and I enjoy talking to her. Unfortunately I didn't buy the Explorer at this time but I will for sure come back and do business with Mimi. I will recommended her to all my friends and family. I'm so happy she speaks Italian like me, and that is a plus for me.
My husband and I drove about an hour to get here but it was worth it. Found the best deal for the vehicle we wanted. Thanks to Mimi Dugan, our experience was easy and fast. We never felt pressured to buy which is a huge deal to us. We definitely recommend this dealership.
