They are not truthful and my uncle’s car broke down after purchasing his truck for over 30k!
Pay attention to details when purchasing from the used cars division. I purchased a car and the battery died within one month. I had that replaced. The emergency brake didn't work. The tires were bald with wires hanging, this wasn't noticed initially because it was the inside of the tire vs the visible outside. I believe there might have been water damage in hindsight. The report they printed was bogus saying all was well. Most likely, the car was damaged when traded in and was fixed in their shop so nothing was ever reporte... read more
Poor service and poor quality vehicles
The used car dealer LaShandra was wonderful. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️She’s friendly, fair and has great integrity. My daughter was very pleased with her new Jeep! And, my husband and I knew she received a great deal, and a safe car.
So I’ve had issues with my ac off and on. I’ve taken it in before and it got resolved for a little bit. I decided to take it in again. I had spoke with Timo and he said to drop it off. Timo called me to let me know they would put in a new compressor since this one was going out. He was very friendly and glad he finally figured out the issue. Definitely trust my vehicle with Timo and the crew.
