First of all Upgrade your Service dept. I completed a survey complete honesty only to be sent an Email stating someone called my phone and left a message and that was NOT the truth. I will NOT be bring my Vehicle to your dept. if only for an OIL change to maintain a record for service. My experience with your Service Dept was a complete fail and left me without a vehicle for 2 days. Not to mention You had my vehicle for 6.5 hours without even addressing the issues it was brought in for, but you made sure to call my husband o... read more
