I've been dealing with Scott for many years since they were called The Bike Shop on San Juan at Winding Way and have always found him to be a straight shooter.
Took in a set of tires I need for my wheelchair an was told 6 hours later that customers in store come first. That is like telling the paying customer you don't need your legs. I won't be bring anything here for repairs ever again... My $50 dollar job means less to them then a $1000 sale or being able to get myself around in my wheelchair.
The owner Scott is super rude. Is employee is super rude over the phone. If your ever going to buy a bike dont buy it here. I just got my bike at Bobs In Roseville Ca. Way more professional
Just finished picking up my boys first bmx bike at Patriot Bicycle. Had never been there before, but sent to see them from the boys at Performance. Couldn't be happier! Jason was great, a straight shooter that sold me the best bike for my son, not the most expensive. I'll definitely be back! Thanks
