I’ve been their costumer for years, but lately the quality of their job has dropped drastically. It’s all chatting but zero attention on what they are doing, both Leo and Erin, while ignoring my requests. Every time is a hit or miss. Leo can make you wait for 20 or 30 minutes, and Erin can talk about her whole family drama for an hour and then mess up with your beard. Go and take your business somewhere else.
