If you’re looking for honesty and integrity in an auto repair place. Look no further. They were wonderful at communicating what needed to be done, quoted a fair price and did repairs in time told. In the past month they have worked on my husband’s F150, replacing front wheel bearings. My son’s Ford Raptor fixing a rough idle issue & 4 wheel drive component. Great service! Really honest! The dealer wanted to charge me more than double what I was charged which is why I usually never take my car to a dealer, a local garage is the way to go. I will definitely be back when my car needs service. Plus, they are dog people & I got to play with their cute little yorkie!
We brought in our BMW because every other shop turned it down. What a waste of time calling the other people! Patriot didn’t skip a beat to say yes and had zero issues taking on this challenge. Communication was easy, service was top notch, and they did it faster than projected. They also reassured us that if we have any issues not to hesitate. Professional, we will definitely be back.
The owners are top notch humans! If you are looking for a honest, trustworthy mechanic and that’s knowledgeable about vehicles.. this is your place! Hands down! I’d leave 10 stars if I could!
