I recently had a unique situation with a vehicle that isn't their usual drop off. We were traveling on vacation, 6 hours from home, and had a major breakdown for the vehicle. We ended up at Patriot Automotive unaware of anything about these folks. This turned out to be a great experience with their terrific communication with me and professionalism.
