I had a fantastic experience with Patriot Auto Glass. It began with Sylvia Ann Garcia answering my questions to make sure my needs were met. Because I don't have much knowledge in this area, It meant a lot to have someone there to guild me. Thank you Sylvia! I had a full windshield replaced and the installers were as professional as can be. They were friendly and did a fantastic job. My car is back to looking brand new. Made contact through fb page. Was given a quote same day. I sent a message saying we can go through with services, she called me directly to work out the arrangements for the glass replacement. I love being in direct contact and having questions asked without having to wait forever. Got it all done in one day and the price was better than sites like Safelite. Highly recommend.
Becareful dealing with this company. Though I am grateful she refunded our money. She did not go out of her way to make it right. Her installers replaced my windshield and it had a defect..they finally came to replace that windshield after days of horrible communication and uncertainty and realized they brought the wrong one..so they had to put the defected one back. I had several cracks across my windshield and have literally been avoiding getting it replaced for about a year. I loved the text option to receive a quote! I looked at other places and my emailbox was quickly spammed. Texting was quick and easy. After receiving the quote, I was even able to schedule the repair for the next day!
