Frightening and horrible. Definitely a NON-Emergency transport service. Always forgetting to turn on o2 for patients requiring it. Can't seem to recognize an actual emergency when it happens. A Patient slipping in and out of consciousness and difficulty breathing after a dialysis treatment NEEDS to go to ER. Not back to the Nursing facility so they can make that call. Completely unprofessional. But they are great for charging the insurance company almost $400 for a drive across town. Got that handled right away. Use absolute... read more
