This is about my 4th time eating here. I pretty much get a 10 piece wing combo every time. Last week, since I was in the area, I decided to stop my and get my usual. The cashier was terrible and rude. I had to wait about 25 mins for my food, and when I did get it, the wings were cooked rock hard. Cooked so hard there was not even any meat. I asked for a refund without even eating anything. Cashier rudely said no and prompted me to accept the food as is.
