I had such a great waxing experience with Anaya! She was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Unfortunately, my experience here wasn’t great. I originally booked with a stylist weeks in advance, but was later told there was a booking error and they couldn’t see me. I was switched to another stylist, and honestly, I walked out looking the same way I walked in. I didn’t receive a deep wash, no styling products were used—not even a heat protectant. The haircut lacked technique and structure. My hair was roughly dried, the ends were straightened, and that was it. I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

Was there on the 23rd of May and got my eyebrows, upper lip and chin waxed by Anaya! A really great and caring esthetican! I will be going back to see her & I highly recommend her!!

If you’re looking to get waxed, I highly recommend Anaya! She is quick but also takes so much care in her services. She’s so kind and friendly and makes you feel very comfortable.
