If I could have chosen no stars that would have been my preference. They are horrible unfortunately I've had 2 very negative encounters. The first one patricks never showed up today they actually showed up but didn't have the good sense to follow directions. Hence I'm still waiting on my van which is MIA since early this morning they left the mechanic around 10:30 am was supposed to bring it back to my residence.here it is 7:32 PM. Called to replace air line at the weight statio in Perryville,MD. He kvote it $230, he arrived at the site and called me that this is going to cot me $1000 to replace the hose on the trailer. I didn't agreed on his rate so we told him that we will pay just for the road call. And after the conversation Patrick cut all the airl lines on the trailer and left. He called me and told me that not going to repair that and how after what he did really cost me $520 (TA road call) and lost load and 15 hours sitting extra on the weight ... read more
