Buyer Beware: I returned 2 extremely expensive items and had been promised an exchange. The store owner ignored my questions to obtain my refund even after receiving and keeping my items. I did not receive an exchange or my money back. Do you trust the store. Their customer service only goes one way - their pockets.

Cool selection and a fun shop, but somehow every time i try to go in during their posted hours it is closed. Tried the door today at 1:00 (shop opened at 11:00) and a lady inside just walked over, stared out the door and then turned around.

Was visiting DC with my family and attempted to visit Patrick’s…. The door was locked (uninviting), and when the store’s salesperson unlocked the door, I was told that due to shoplifting, only a few customers at a time may enter the premises….. as I was visiting with my family, I certainly wasn’t going to leave them sitting outside in the hot setting western sun while I perused the wares, so we left without entering the store…. I really want to like this place, especially because they carry a specific brand that I really enjoy. But every time I step foot into the store, the owner is extremely rude and unwelcoming and honestly plain dismissive. I feel as if I’m being followed around the store, as if I am going to take some thing. Find another small business to support because this one isn’t it.
