During one of the most stressful times trying to sell in today’s market, Patrick has been such a pleasure to work with. I always have an absolute pleasure working with Patrick. He has helped me many times over the years with rentals and purchases. His knowledge of the market in both commercial and residential is unbeatable! I know many realtors but there is a reason why I keep sticking with Patrick. He always brings his A game and goes way above and beyond to make sure I am taken care off. Highly recommending for anything real estate related including mortgage set ups.
Buyers beware! This guy booked a showing at my house on a Friday and cancelled 20 minutes prior to his appointment without a call to my selling agent as we were leaving to vacate our house to give him free reign to see the house. Subsequently, 4 days later, he showed up at my house 45 minutes late for his scheduled showing without even so much as a call to our selling agent until he was 45 minutes late for the viewing.
