Patrick did a great job filtering out any emotions between the buyer, seller, and agents and just dealt with the business transaction. If that's not enough, he even helped me move some items out of the basement to get the house cleared to close.

Patrick was a DJ at my wedding which would have been complete chaos if it were not for him! Wedding coordinators switched 4 times, yes you read that right, FOUR and I was blessed to have Patrick as my DJ to help clean up the mess even though he didn't have to. He saved the night and multiple guests asked me for his contact information because they had such a great time. Patrick was incredible to work with. Buying your first home can be an intimidating process but Patrick puts you right at ease from the moment you meet. He knows the area inside and out and his attention to detail is incredibly helpful. He is very friendly and attentive.
