I have never met my doctor either, but the service from the staff at Oak Street has been awesome. I had all my blood work done, urine test done, and I don't need to go back for two months. The only negative thing about my blood work shows a little high on triglycerides so I was told to take fish oil which I have ordered.
My doctor according to Cigna, but I've never met him. His nurse practitioner at oak Street health has cut my meds (for a terminal illness) and refused my calls because of a bad Google review. She ignored my many health concerns and I'm taking it to the medical board. See you there.
Tried to sign up for new primary doctor. They said they don't accept my insurance. They advertised that they accept all insurance. My insurance, UnitedHealth shows that they accept my insurance which is Medicare with supplement through aarp. Waste of time and effort. Would not recommend.
Called to make an appointment as we have great health insurance and it’s 3miles from our home. They do not accept most insurances. Welfare Medicare only. Pshhh!! No wonder it’s a 2star rating! Dr. Patrick you lose.
When I first signed up with them I told them I only wanted male MD. No other type of practitioner. But I was seen by a ARNP and took forever for first visit. Seemed being brushed off on one major concern. Second visit, same female ARNP, did not seem prepared after reading notes before hand. And again Brushed Off on my Hernia concern, told loose weight and come back in one or two months. Then maybe discuss my hernia. VERY DISAPPOINTED SO FAR. THINKING OF FINDING DIFFERENT DR AND CLINIC
