Worst medical office experience of my life. Sadly I did not even get to see Dr. Gavin becasue the office staff made multiple clerical errors that resulted in them cancelling my contractually obligated ER follow-up appointment that I drove 3 hours for. I made multiple calls requeting to speak to the Office Manager who would not take or return my calls. I ultimately went to an alternate urology office (which was great) but it took 2 months to get in. Patient medical care is NOT their priority.

Refused to even do bloodwork to check my father’s PSA and stated he knew it would be high and require a biopsy which he refused to preform because of his age and co morbidities. Dismissive and condescending.
This Doc. was not helpful. He talked more about other subjects, than my health. I don't like he forced me to continue my medicine when it wasn't working..A waste of 471.00 dollars.
Dr. Gavin helped with my husband’s kidney stones and he’s an outstanding Dr. I would highly recommend. He’s got the best sense of humour, very down to earth. Thank you, Dr. Gavin!!
