I had multiple friends recommend this vet to me when I got a new kitten, except for one person who had a bad experience here with her cat. I took my cat here twice and both times waited to see the doctor for almost 2 hours. The purpose of my second visit was because my 8 month old cat appeared to have tape worms as well as vaginal discharge. Best vet in town This is the best veterinary clinic in town. Dr. Patrick is fantastic and so is the rest of the staff. I won't take my pets anywhere else.

I first went to Patrick Veterianry Clinic several years ago. It was recommended to me by several persons. All the services I have ever needed and received there were routine, so I cannot say that there are any shortcomings in the treatment of animals. However, one of the persons that originally recommended this place to me had a dog that got sick and a couple of days later it died. IF YOU GET ONE CHANCE TO LOVE YOUR PET, CHOOSE DR. PATRICK – Just cannot say enough GREAT THINGS about Dr. Patrick's Vet Clinic. I wish MY OWN trips to the Doctor were as welcoming and I got the piece of mind that the treatment was always correct the First Visit, as we have with ALL Our Animals at Dr. Patrick's... They ROCK!
Should be SIX STAR RATING Dr. Patrick is the best vet that I have ever seen. He and his staff are the best !!! They love all of our animals and treat them like they are kings when they visit.
Dr. Patrick and his staff have always been wonderful to me and my animals. What's more, they're less expensive than everyone else in Charleston while being more attentive and caring!
