This is a positive review for Dr. Harold Milstein, who is moving his practice from King of Prussia to North Wales. Dr. Vannelli, on the other hand, was so confident that I had eczema, said there was nothing for me except the two painful burning ointments he prescribed for me and prednisone, which I can get from my primary care. Dr Vannelli was personable and kind towards my daughter who really didn’t want to be there; she’s three and strongly dislikes going to the doctor. We and the staff made the experience manageable.
