He basically told my loved one he had prostrate cancer and left the room. No referrals for any counseling, nursing liaisons or words of encouragement, detached. Terrible bedside manner, non-existent actually and no compassion for his patients who are justifiably terrified about the unknown. Shame on you Dr. Gomella, in addition to your expertise in urologic oncology, your patients deserve a level of empathy, concern and patient care you are obviously not equipped with.
Bedside manner is terrible and would never recommend him to anyone, even someone I despise. He did nothing to help my husband’s pain during a procedure and treated him like garbage.
