Complete and utter disrespect for someone's time. My appointment was at 10:15 am, I take a day off work, drive for an hour to get there on time. I wait for 30 minutes to be told that I have to wait for an additional 45 minutes to be seen. If you have no self respect, go there as they feel the same way about you.
Everybody here was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Front to back quality.
