This clinic is worse than trying to ring Centrelink, no one answers the phone and when you finally get through after trying all day, you can’t even get a phone consultation with any doctor giving 4 days notice, all I needed was a medical certificate for my work, but was mentioned to attend the urgent care clinic in West Ulverstone, this practice has a lot of problems and a high turnover of clinicians, I have given up and will go elsewhere.

I'm not to sure about the quality of all their doctors, I've definitely had some awful experiences and questionable care from a couple other doctors here in the past, causing me to leave this clinic for a few years. Although, upon returning 6 months ago due to convenience, I was put with Dr Emil Djacki, and am satisfied with the service I've been receiving. I feel like I'm being taken seriously and cared for by somebody who knows what they are talking about.

After being sent back to work for 4 months with a dislodged wrist with fractures, ligament and muscle damage, I finally succumbed to the pain and went back to this practice, I was bumped around for a year with no real treatment, finally receiving an MRI 7 months after the injury, to which i had to download and point out the displacement, fractures, muscle and ligament damage, then after 12 months, finally being refused treatment by no less than 3 doctors.
