I have had the best orthopedic services from Dr. Schafer and his staff compared to other offices in the Redding area. From the front desk, (especially Janie who has been so understanding, helpful with scheduling, and making me feel my day was going to get better. She is a jewel that should really be recognized for calming patients down and reassuring patients that any problem or issue can be resolved.
