I think the way *******'s Plumbing of South Lyon charges it's customers is criminal. First, they charge a $90 service fee, just for walking in the door. Why? I was a IT service tech for many years and only charged parts & labor. Automotive garages only charge parts & labor. I recently had to have my drain snaked out. It took 10 minutes for the snaking. Patrick's abandons their work. They installed a water heater 2 years ago; they picked the water heater. Now, when the pilot light doesn't light and we have no hot water, they will not service it. Please do not use their services unless you want trouble. There are plenty of other reputable plumbers.

We have used Patrick's Plumbing for 13 years and have never been disappointed. Our most recent experience had Patrick responding to a complete lack of water throughout our house in the midst of a horrendous storm. Patrick was here quickly, figured out the problem and we had water again. Next morning, we didn't have water in the kitchen! I have had Patrick's Plumbing our to my home several times. They are reliable,honest, courteous and do a great job. I don’t expect to pay nothing for their services, but I’ve never felt they were unreasonable in their prices for their quality work. I’ve had Greg do work here and he’s very good and explains things so you can understand what is going on.
