Pat Roach is an amazing realtor. In 2018, we sold our old house and bought a new one with him, and in 2020, we sold a relative's house. In each of the transactions, and I am so thankful for his caring spirit and amazing expertise in pricing and negotiations. His slogan is "99% drama free," and that was most certainly our experience in each transaction.
It was great to work with Patrick Roach! He's dedicated in his mission to making sure clients get exactly what they need. Patrick is very knowledgeable about the marketplace and really listens to his clients as well. He does an excellent job successfully combining these two factors. Southwestern also provides quality movers, insurance brokers, lenders, and contractors to complete the moving process if needed. I can't recommend them enough!
