Patrick is top notch! We bought our house 10 years ago with the help of Patrick. We were moving from NOVA to Richmond and didn’t want to make several trips. Patrick was very patient and scheduled several houses for us to look at in one day! After taking all day and seeing them all, we ended up choosing the 1st one he took us to! Patrick always takes the time to shoot me a text every year on our house buying anniversary, which is very thoughtful!!
