I am a diabetes, who has suffered more than 60 years with insulin. Currently my physician is Dr. Richards. He has been an outstanding Dr. He introduced me to Tandem Insulin Pump. I am living a very happy life because of him. Thank you so much for everything you have to my life livable.
Absolutely unprofessional. Megan from his office called me 3 hours prior to my appointment to canceled it. Stating that the required requested labs were not completed. I was never asked or requested to get "additional labs" when I called back to get answers couldn't even speak with DR. Richards office. The person on the phone got some BS message about why they canceled my appointment. It is already difficult enough to get an appointment, make the time, and be seen. My wife Tiffany is a patient of Dr. Richards for quite sometime. Before that she was a patient of Dr. Patricia Ostrander who we also adored. Dr. Richards is very attentive and thorough. He pushes Tiffany hard to keep her blood sugars stable. He is a great help and support. He really cares about his patients. Lim, Susana and the whole staff is also very helpful and courteous. We truly appreciate that.
