Tried calling to cancel an appointment several days before my scheduled appointment and kept getting sent back and forth and finally ended up just getting a voicemail. Then I get a letter stating Dr. Raney is dropping me as a patient due to missed appointments. This is the push I needed to get a better PCP. Dr Raney never spent more than 2-3 minutes in the room with you. You could tell he wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible. I'm just going to be honest I'm in recovery from drug addiction and this man or his nurses have never made me feel judged. I've had to take an infant and a 2 yr old to a sick appointment which was hectic and he was helpful communicating nicely with my 2 yr old who was acting out and still tending to me and my issues. Also I do my own research and he will listen and discuss it with you. It's easy to get an appointment. It's easy to get blood work. It's easy to get return calls for questions over the phone.
