Tried calling to cancel an appointment several days before my scheduled appointment and kept getting sent back and forth and finally ended up just getting a voicemail. Then I get a letter stating Dr. Raney is dropping me as a patient due to missed appointments. This is the push I needed to get a better PCP. Dr Raney never spent more than 2-3 minutes in the room with you. You could tell he wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible.
