Deceptive staff. Will not be going back there.
Since September Septembe2017ive been trying to recieve care. Its now the better part of a year .no care only 3 visits to be told hes away for personal reasons .on vacation. Phones wete out. Vicki rembers me .spoke to another patient in waiting room with better insurance.they wete seen before me n i wad there first.finally saw him .i waited 45min in exam room. No injection gor my neck .now its months later n still trying but no another vacation.

Hi Mr. Avila, We understand your frustration but unfortunately we see patients based on their appointment time. Dr. Sonser ensures each patient receives the best possible care with as much face to face time as possible which can affect wait times for other patients.
I went to him for quite a few years with different problems and he knew exactly what to do to get rid of or ease the problems that I was having without having to have surgery. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. I wouldn't want anyone else if I can help it.
I had a bad experience with a previse Dr. and was recommend to Dr. Sonser he give me two shoots and my pain was all gone. I feel that he helped me very much. Thank you Dr.Sonser. krl
