Dr. Pfau is the most caring comforting doctor! because of his brilliance he saved my life Feb 7 2011. Dr Pfau has always treated me as an individual and a person not a number. we work together to make things happen and keep me ticking. He with his amazing surgeon gave me 14 more years of life than I should have had!!! When I tell him I have Pain he believes me and forwards on with tests. Dr. Pfau was nice. Direct and quick. His nurses were the same. I arrived and I was seen immediately. I would recommend.
Today I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy at this place, everybody was very polite, starting from the receptionist, the nurses and doctor. My primary language it's Spanish, and they had an interpreter ready for me ( there was a person that didn't speak Spanish but, she had a note saying that I will have an interpreter). Thank you!
Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Made the day go very well.
Dr Phao was not my regular Dr but did my endoscopy and colonoscopy. Thank goodness he did! He has a sense of humor and gives you the facts. My esophagus issues were undiscovered for all my past scopes til now. Waiting for biopsy results but thank you for finding them. I start my new meds today.
