Dr Phao was not my regular Dr but did my endoscopy and colonoscopy. Thank goodness he did! He has a sense of humor and gives you the facts. My esophagus issues were undiscovered for all my past scopes til now. Waiting for biopsy results but thank you for finding them. I start my new meds today.
I have recently reviewed my portal to find a letter to my Doctor after coming back to Wisconsin to find the information about my diagnosis untrue. I was very pleased with my experience with Dr.Pfau at the beginning but when he was unable to explain all what was going on I feel is ego was in the way. Also found out he didn’t specialize even in my disease which is Celiac disease ( also have DH rash). I went to Mayo to get a firm diagnosis. My experience with Dr Pfau has been good.
I have been going to Dr Pfau for almost 20 years. He has helped me with pancreatic problem and other GI issues. I have had no problem understand his explanations of the situation or any issues with any procedure he has had to perform. He has given me quality of life back. If I have another problem he addresses it, he listens to me and he doesn’t rush into any unnecessary procedure. I recommend him to all my family and friends.
