Beware of Dr Patrick Frey. He put a stent in the wrong urethra on 3/31/19 and had to repeat the surgery on the damaged urethra (4/1/19). He had diagnosed the damaged urethra. He was negligent. He didn’t return 3 calls so Dr Bruner helped me. He told me he didn’t get my calls and blamed his call center. I had a CAT scan that his admin staff ordered without his knowledge. Amazing Results with TURP procedure by Dr. Frey. It took 10 years on medication that was no longer working to take this step and this doctor made this possible. He was very understanding and compassionate and really made a difficult situation a positive life changing experience.
Office staff was great. They said first available appointment was not until 6 weeks from now, however they called me back and and I was able to go the same day. My visit yesterday was disappointing in that he only spent a minute with me. All I have is KIDNEY STONE, however, I have extensive medical Hx and kidney issues to include multiple surgeries and I was hoping for a little more personal service. His bedside manners could have been better. He said 'What can I do for you today'. Not caring.
Two years ago January (2014). Dr Frey treated my case of epididymitis with 12 weeks of Prednisone. 40mg graduating to 10mg to finish. My current health condition due to his lack of knowledge of the drug dangers has left me with Chronic Pancreatitis and Liver Disease. I have been unable to attend work since May of 2014 due to how deathly ill this has made me. I went back to his office to let him know what had taken place and for closure. His response to me was what do you want me to do about it
