Completely unresponsive.
Tried calling for multiple weeks asking for a consult about any legal recourse I possibly could have involving a constructive dismissal with my former employer. After telling me he had received my multiple phone calls, he said I answered as a courtesy to tell you I can't help you. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by picking up the phone to tell me he couldn't help me. I find how the situation was handled and how he spoke was very unprofessional and calloused.
