Dr. Ouzts was terrific and answered all of our questions! However one of the ladies at the front desk was visibly upset with some of my wifes questions and was slamming down the clipboard with the paperwork and raised her voice telling my wife “if you have a problem with the questions in the paperwork you can file a complaint “ My wife told her that it wasn’t a complaint but wanted to clarify. Dr. Ouzts is personable. He reviewed my labs and medications and asked the appropriate questions for the Medicare Wellness exam. I was able to fill out the voluminous paperwork online ahead of the meeting.
Always explains everything and listens to my concern. A very special Doctor!
